USE; 

- Apply the spray to hair roots. Then massage in to facilitate penetration. Use 3 to 4 times a week.
- Use product pipette to work through hair. Massage in, then cover with a silk cap.
- Take a dab of cream, warm it between your hands, then spread it through your lengths with your fingers spread out like the teeth of a comb
- Use every day or every 2 days in the hair.
